mama to me

Distance support during your pregnancy or after your birth

As your doula, I will:

Antenatal support

  • Listen to you during our weekly video/voice calls so you can talk through whatever you need, even if it is just to hear another person’s voice or to ask me all the questions

  • Share with you the info you need about local birthing locations and health care options

  • Email evidence-based info, so that you can make informed choices and reduce your exposure to inaccurate info or fear-inducing social media posts

  • Share additional resources with you, including mama groups and well-being sites that offer support online

  • Help you to prepare your birth plans A, B and C, including the what’s, the when’s and the how’s

  • Support you and your partner to prepare for your birth and think about all the things that will help you have the best experience you can

Postnatal Support

  • Be there for you in those really important, and sometimes daunting, first weeks as a new mama

  • Provide you with a safe, non-judgey space to talk through how your birth went and how it left you feeling

  • Support your breastfeeding (if that is how you choose to feed your baby) by setting up video calls and sharing additional breastfeeding support networks with you

  • Help to answer all those 'is this normal' questions and help to understand your baby's needs

  • Be there for you with any baby-sleeping needs

  • Offer you continuous text support

Virtual birth support is also available on request

Investment from £135 (based upon 4 weeks of either antenatal or postnatal support)

Length of support can be tailored to your needs!

Complete your info below and I will get back to you to talk through how I can help.
